Return Policy:
Purchased items are determined Unreturnable if customized, worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from REPRESENT, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 7 days once you receive your order. No item can be returned after the 7 days has expired. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return REPRESENT address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another REPRESENT purchase.

All custom orders are final.

Please note: We do not reimberse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s).

Any Checks written to REPRESENT at conferences or in person that are returned for any reason will result in a $30 charge per check that is returned.
